Pricing

Coolcin.com currently accepts for all orders following:
Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express.
Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Local Payments: Bancontact and iDEAL.

The limits for duty-free packages are applied by the laws of your country and your local customs authorities. Coolcin doesn't and can’t take responsibility for any dealings with your country’s tax customer service and have no control over the fees they apply to your order. 

Shipping

All our metal signs are shipped from the US or Europe (Turkey).
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Coolcin is NOT responsible for these charges. The limits for duty-free packages are applied by the laws of your country and your local customs authorities. Coolcin doesn't and can’t take responsibility for any dealings with your country’s tax customer service and have no control over the fees they apply to your order.
These charges are NOT extra shipping costs.
All orders inside the EU will be charged with VAT.

Yes, for most products. However, because we work with production suppliers who take care of our personalization products, in some cases their shipping policy won't allow worldwide shipping. Whenever products are added to the cart, our system will confirm, if we ship to your location.

Metal signs - Production time: 4-6 business days. Shipping time: 3-6 business days.

Jewelry - Production time: 6-8 business days. Shipping time: 3-6 business days (US) / 7-9 business days (International)

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and holidays such as Christmas, New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Veteran's Day, and Thanksgiving. 

When ordering multiple items, please note that they may be shipped separately due to our collaboration with different production partners. For instance, one partner manages our metal signs while another oversees our jewelry and acrylic products.
Rest assured, all items will arrive as expected. Should there be any significant delays with your item(s), please don't hesitate to contact us.

After order placement, you will receive an email from us with instructions on how to track your order after it is shipped.
