If you order multiple items, these might be shipped separately because we have separate production partners. E.g., one handling our jewelry products and another handling our personalized print on clothing. So don't be worried, all items will arrive.
Business days is Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and holidays such as Christmas, New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Veteran's Day, and Thanksgiving.
Yes, for most products. However, because we work with production suppliers who take care of our personalization products, in some cases their shipping policy won't allow worldwide shipping. Whenever products are added to the cart, our system will confirm, if we ship to your location.
After order placement. You will receive an email from us with instructions on how to track your order after it is shipped.
Metal signs - Production time: 5-6 business days. Shipping time: 3-8 business days (US only).
Jewelry - Production time: 6-8 business days. Shipping time: 3-6 business days (US) / 7-9 business days (International)
