WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM?
All our metal signs are shipped from the US or the EU (Turkey). Oversized signs, typically 36" and up (depending on the design layout), are express-shipped from Europe with all duties prepaid.
**NOTE**  We use DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning there are NO additional import duties on US, CA, AU, and EU orders.

PRODUCTION TIME: 
4-6 business days.

SHIPPING TIME.
USA & Canada: 3-5 business days.
Europe: 3-5 business days.
Rest of the world, e.g., Australia & New Zealand: 8-12 business days. (depending on location).

Once the order is handed over to the shipping partner/courier, we sadly have no control over delays they might encounter during the shipping time frame.

Shipping time excludes: Weekends and holidays observed by the Post Office: Christmas, New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Veterans' Day, and Thanksgiving.
