Shipping policy.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Coolcin. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Production time.

The majority of our orders are processed within 4 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please allow up to 2-3 business days extra production time during peak holidays.


Shipping time.

We offer international shipping on most of our products. On specific products, we only offer US shipping which will be shown on the product card. Few counties our suppliers are unable to offer shipping to. These will appear on the checkout shopping card.

We use suppliers that ship from the US and Europe. Below are the estimated shipping times (after our suppliers have received your order confirmation email).
These shipping tomes are estimated based on the average time from our previous shipment to specific destinations.

Overseas shipping time from the US to Europe or vice versa is within 10 to 12 business days.

Shipping time excluding weekends and holidays such as Christmas, New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Veteran's Day, and Thanksgiving.

Note: Once the order is handed over to the shipping carriers, we sadly have no control over delays they might encounter during the shipping time frame, so please understand the risk of delay.

If we recieve information about delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 


Potential shipping issues.

Carriers sometimes fail to scan packages. Sometimes a carrier loses or damages a package. At the end of the day, we, or you as a customer sadly can't control carriers handling of packages. If any damage should appear, we will file a claim and reproduce the order for you as a customer.

These are not common problems, and it's no secret for anyone, like in every other company dealing with shipping, that this happens occasionally. Therefore, we thank you in advance for your understanding if such a problem occurs.


Tracking nr on international orders.

If your package is shipped with USPS, the tracking numbers for International shipments only show the locations in the USA. Once your package leaves the US, the package will not be updated until it has been delivered. On these occasions the tracking nr will show up as “frozen”, however, your package is still being shipped, but when traveling overseas, the US system won't receive updates until final delivery.


Import taxes.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Coolcin is NOT responsible for these charges. The limits for duty-free packages are applied by the laws of your country and your local customs authorities. Coolcin don't and can’t take responsibility for any dealings with your country’s tax customer servicea nd have no control over the fees they apply to your order.
These charges are NOT exstra shipping costs.

Please notice that processing and shipping times can be affected by the world's current covid-19 situations. We appreciate your patience and understanding if your order should be affected due to these covid-19 terms.
